Ups and Downs

Why can't my mood be constant? Just recently i've noticed I always start feeling really down between 6-8pm every night. This is bizzare. Added to the wonderful Trazodone side effects and it gets weirder.

A common side effect of Trazodone, is if you get up to quickly you'll feel really dizzy. This keeps happening. Just the other day i fell over twice in the space of 5 minutes whilst trying to gte out of bed!

Still trying to pack my life up, i swear every year i always seem to get more down around this time. Wheather its the stress of moving or just the fact i'm leaving another house behind i'm not sure but until i stay in one house i see it cotinuing.

I still have zero money. Seriousloy, being mentally ill is not all its cracked up to be. Having to put in a claim for Employment and Support Allowance which i'm not looking forward to, its reportadly notoriously difficult for those with mental health difficulties to pass and be approved.

Seeing someone at CAB next week so hopefully they can point me in the right direction.
