Nothing Tastes As Good As Thin Feels

I will be thin.
I will be perfect.
He will want me.

What do all these pretty emo scene girls have in common..they are all thin and perfect. There is no such thing as being FAT and pretty.

  1. I've eaten lots of food that tastes way better than any of those scene girls feel about themselves.

You sound like you're too hard on yourself in general. I hope things get better for you and you live a long and ultimately satisfying life.

  2. can i please give you some of the benefit of my experience?

when i was younger, before blogs, i kept a journal. i thought i was all, like, expressing myself. and getting stuff out of my system.

the thing is, i realized at some point that i was just spinning my wheels. the more down feelings i expressed, the more down i felt.

the trick is to express "up" feelings, so you can manifest those feelings.

self-help books can seem really cheesy, and this one is no exception, but it really is helpful. just look for "feeling good" on amazon. it's cognitive therapy and it helps you stop spinning wheels of negativity.

i've also seen great results in my life with diet. i recommend taking a test like this here:
    http://www.holisticonline.com/w_ayurveda-dvikruti1.htm

... and seeing what your constitution is, and then doing a search for (or seeing what that particular site says about) what kind of diet best fits the constitution you come up with. i think those pharmaceutical drugs really suck (with shitty side effects) and you just end up being a tool of the pharmaceutical industry by taking them.

    basically i am saying --

    1. create new patterns of thinking/perception, and
    2. create better feelings through what you eat.

like pajkossy, i wish you a long and satisfying life. satisfying does not mean feeling great all the time. every day, there is some crap to deal with. but dealing with it does not have to bring you really down.

take care. as a human being, you deserve it.
